ClubCo Baking Paper is a cellulose-based paper that is used for baking as a disposable non-stick surface of oven trays. We believe our paper has many advantages over other common baking papers: it has an exceptional moisture barrier created by the 1.2g per square meter of silicone coating, it has unique properties giving the baker more bakes per sheet, easier release, and less browning. These properties make it an ideal packing material for a number of other products such as cheese, bakery products, fish, meat, frozen foods/trays, pastry and chocolates. A high quality premium sheet (or roll) produced exclusively for the bakery market; its release characteristics, heat resistance, grease resistance and wet strength are exactly what bakers/chefs require.
